Your sponsorship of the Church Hill Holiday Weekend enables and empowers us to continue this tradition of community building, year after year. Funds from sponsors go towards the costs of the the Vespers and Candlelight Walk on December 6 and the historic 58th Holiday House Tour on December 8. Sponsorships are available at a variety of levels so anyone can help support this special neighborhood event.

The Church Hill Association of RVA is a 501(c)(3) organization that supports schools, parks, historic preservation efforts, tree planting, the arts, and other community programs through grants and outreach to the Greater Church Hill area. The Holiday Weekend is the CHA’s signature event and biggest fundraiser of the year with over 700 attendees, so consider taking this opportunity to get your business’s name in front of our community while supporting our mission. Levels

Candlelight Walk Sponsor (only one sponsorship available): $3,000+

Sponsorship filled for 2024. No longer available.

• This sponsorship helps support every part of this special event, from park permits, to live music, to Santa. The Candlelight Walk is free and open to all, and is a meaningful and festive part of the weekend. In addition to the GOLD level sponsorship package, this includes:
  • Specific call-outs and logo inclusion on marketing materials (“Candlelight Walk Sponsored by Your Business”)
  • Banner with logo and business name near the Libby Hill Park House along the walk

House Tour Bus Sponsor (only one sponsorship available): $2,501 – $2,999

• Buses make this event more accessible for all attendees. The buses are free to ticket holders and run continuously throughout the five-hour tour. In addition to the GOLD level sponsorship package, this includes:
  • Specific call-outs and logo inclusion on marketing materials (“House Tour Trolley Sponsored by Your Business”)
  • Banners with logo and business name on each of the buses

Gold: $1,000 to $2,500

• 6 Holiday House Tour tickets
• One free full page ad in Church Hill Newsletter
• Free registration for CHA Spring Fest and Market in May 2025

Silver: $500 to $999

• 4 Holiday House Tour tickets
• One free ½ page ad in Church Hill Newsletter
• Free registration for CHA Spring Fest and Market in May 2025

Bronze: $150 to $499

• 2 Holiday House Tour tickets

Friend of the CHA: $75 to $149

• 1 Holiday House Tour ticket
